Candlelight Processional

12/11 5:30 San Angel 8:15 Show

I just got through on the 1-800 number. I was on hold about 25 minutes.

How long does the show last? I am wondering if we will have enough time after to get a spot for illuminations.

Sorry to hear of the problems Gina. I got on, had a 30 minute refresher course in Disney music and got the reservation I needed:
12/8 1:50 at Le Cellier and a 5:00 CP time. Still have the TBD for the 12/8

Also cancelled a 6:30 Coral Reef Reservation.

Good Luck all!

8:10 show lasts 40 minutes and Illuminations is at 9:30 I believe...you will have time to get a spot, just not a great one.

Thanks! It is hard to decide what is the best when you have not been before.

Are the queues getting any quicker yet?
seems like a 25-30 minute wait...I know it is expensive to call from UK but I would call soon...If they didn't require a CC I would call for you.

I think so. I called right at opening & was on hold 43 minutes until the answered. Of course, my DD was listening for me and she didn't talk to them and they hung up. I called back about 8:15 EST and I only held 25 minutes.

O.k. I saw on the dining board that someone was also told that there was nothing available, and they tried again and got what they wanted, so I called again. This time I was on hold for 20 mins or so, and they had availability at the Coral Reef at 5:10. I'm glad that I tried again. So if you don't get the time you want don't give up! Try again! :teeth:

Obsessively refreshing my email box waiting for an email from my TA!!!!! Here's for hoping!! Congrats to everyone who got CPPs!!

I called this morning, started dialing the minute before, 6:59 (4:59 here). I just kept hitting redial until the regular recording started. Went through the menus and I got a CM immediately, no wait time! :cool1:

The CM was really nice. She said when she brought her screen up, it was blank, there were no restaurants showing. She got out and went back in and had to ask someone a few questions. When she finally got it to come up, she asked for the date, Dec 26th for Le Cellier. We wanted the 6:45 show and she said there was only one open slot for that show at 4:00. So she grabbed it and booked it.

I am so glad I didn't have any hold time like some of you had. She said I was her first call of the day. I must have hit it perfect to get in right away. The whole call took 12 minutes, then I went back to sleep.

Good luck to everyone, I hope you are able to get what you want!

I called the 1-800 # and waited aprox 10minutes and got 5:30 ressies for LeCellier on Nov 28 with 8:15 show. Good Luck to everyone! Ps I did cancel a 5:50 reservation for the same night at Lecellier, maybe that will help someone out. Take Care Kathy

WTG! :cheer2: We'll be there at 5:40!! Have fun!!

After posting my woes about not being able to even get through to a live person, I decided to try one more time once I got here to work. Held for about 15 minutes, then a CM picked up. I gave her the date, 12/8, and told her we were wanting Le Cellier, but we were more limited by needing to have the late CP showing. (Dad is diabetic and needs to eat dinner around that general 5-6 dinner time frame.)

I told her that I knew that Le Cellier was unlikely, but that we'd be happy for anything left at that time. I almost fainted when she told me that actually she DID have Le Cellier open for 5:20! I'm so happy!! We have always wanted to eat there, but it always seemed a big extravagance. But we're doing the DDP, so we're getting to try new places. I couldn't be happier. :) :)

I'm so glad to hear that many if not most people are getting what they wanted! With the more restricted and smaller time slots available, I was afraid it would end up much more negatively for a bunch of people. Yay for DIS'ers keeping other DIS'ers informed, so we all knew just when to call!! :goodvibes

Has anyone been told they could not use credits from the Dining Plan? I was just told by a CM that you could not. She did not sound very sure of herself though. I will call back and hopefully get someone else!

I specifically asked about using the dining plan and she said no problem, but they still take the credit card number as a guarantee in case you are a no show.

I called at 7:30 this morning and was on hold for 45 minutes! I held the phone while I did my hair, make-up, ate breakfast, etc...I was just starting to think that I needed to hang up to leave for work when I finally heard a real, live voice! She said Le Cellier was filling up fast but I still got the 5:40 pm reservation that I wanted on 12/18. WOO HOO!!! What a great way to start my day :sunny:

Called the 1-800 # at 6:59am and they weren't open yet...tried back at 7:00am and was on hold for 35 minutes. I got what I wanted...Christmas Eve 8:15pm show and 5:05pm Biergarten reservations. I am soooo excited for sure this year because my son may be singing at the 8:15pm show as part of the Disney CM's choir (the choir in the middle of the stage)! I sure hope so!

I should of just made the reservation then and worried about it later. Now I have to go to work and will have to try this afternoon. :confused3
