I Got What I Wanted
I booked party of eight for Christmas Eve, 5:00 show lunch at Le Cellier at 2:30.
I called right at 7:00 and was on hold for about 10 minutes. I had the nicest CM and when she asked me what date I wanted and I replied 12/24, she said then we will hurry up because that is the same date everyone else wants too. I am so excited now my planning is complete(oh, no what am I going to do for the next 4 months?)

We'll be there with you too! We got 2:30 at LeCellier, what we wanted! See you there! Called right at 7am, on hold for about 15 mins.

I waited for 50 minutes and got what I wanted: Dec 6, 4:10, dining at Le Cellier.

I was on hold for 52 minutes. Finally got through and asked for the earliest seating for dinner for Le Cellier on 11/29. She said it was 8:50 p.m. and that was all they had so after a few seconds she said 6:30 p.m. just opened up and I grabbed that. I'm not doing the CP package but never made original ADR's for that night because I was planning on doing the package. So I'm very excited to be able to still get in.

Just got off of the phone, on hold for 50 mins. Cm says "thank you for calling Virgin Atlantic Airways" I said what do you mean VAA? He said he was so sorry, that is his other job, this is Disney Dining. We got a good chuckle out of it. Unfortunately there was nothing available for 11/25, 11/26 or 11/27. All sold out. I am so bummed.

Wish I knew how people were actually getting through... After holding for 20-30 minutes each time, it just disconnects me. And this is my land line, not my cell phone. Now it's time to head to work... so much for our CP package.

I used the 800 # and had no problem...from time to time there were clicks. But I stayed connected.

I got through at 7:00, waited on hold for 40 minutes, then got disconnected the minute the CM spoke. Called back, held for another 35 minutes, and got 12/7 at 5:40 at LC. What a stressful morning for such a non-stressful event!
