on hold for 45 mins, still waiting......anyone call on the toll # that got in? I tried the toll # & it gave me the "circuits busy msg" so I dialed the toll free #. Hope that wasn't a mistake!

We are trying for 12/14, Le Cellier--let's hope I can get something!

Yes, I started off with the toll# and had no luck, so I called the toll free # and still on hold, now for nearly 48 mins. I wasted 8 mins. trying the toll # but got right through on the toll free #.

I made my reservation after 25 minutes on hold. I called the 407 # and was able to get the ADR that I wanted with no problems...I also called at 6:50 am and kept trying until I got through...

As I posted before, I got through at 10 after. The cm disconnected me after she said she had to put me on hold for a second.

Now it is 52 minutes after. I'm still on hold. If I ever get through and can't get what I wanted, should I ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them what happened?

I don't see where it would do any good, except it might make you feel better.

I kept calling the WDE DINE number.
A recorded voice would answer and tell me all circuits busy.
Do we get charged for such calls?
I then went with an old toll free number:
800 828 0228
Got an answer, but have been on hold for about 30 minutes.
Pity those of you paying for this on hold time.

hold time about 52 minutes...just got Le Cellier for 11/29 at 4:00....all the other times were still open that day. Good luck everyone!

Le Cellier 12/5 and got the last 2 tables for 5:30pm seating for 10 people...whatever that means.....whew

I got "all circuits busy" with the 407 number.

I used the 1800 number and got in. I'm on hold now. I waited half an hour at home this morning, but had to go to work. I'm at work now, but NO work will get done until I get the reservation!

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After almost a full hour on hold.....I got it!!

About one hour later after being on hold, I got my CP reservations for Chefs de France at 5:40pm on 12/8 for the 8:15 show.
Now it is time to go back to bed!

11/28 - Le Cellier @ 5p for Mom and I

12/15 - Le Cellier @ 5:10p for me and my husband

Now we just have to wait until we go!

After 45 minutes, I got France - Dining 5:40 with 8:15 show. And I cancelled my previous DDP ressie for that day, opens up one more ressie (its was a 6:30).

They do ask for a cc hold when you are on the DDP - cancellation 48 hrs. without penalities. Just like the DDP for a Fantasmic ressie at Brown Derby.

Good!!! They must have meant a certain restaurant and just didn't say it. I can't imagine those dates selling out before Christmas and Christmas Eve...
