I have a question... what time do they do Illuminations on CP nights? DD is deathly afraid of fireworks, so IF I get through and get the late CP, will I have time to get out of the park before Illuminations start?

I spent 40 minutes on hold before I had to hang up. :/ My cell phone is PAY AS YOU GO, and I was seeing major dollar signs from that phone call.

So, when I got to my office, I hung up and called from the phone at my desk. On hold again.

Booked at LeCellier a 5:10.

Cancelled my 6:00 for 7 at LeCellier. hope that helps someone else.

Made reservations for Biergaten 12/29 for 6:45 show. CM said that I could have late lunch or early dinner. I chose early dinner and was told that it would be 4:15. She said that there wasn't anything later.

I called right at 7 and was on hold for 32 minutes.

I, too, called at 6:00 (7:00 Eastern) and was on hold just over 30 minutes. Got the Garden Grill for 5 pm on Dec 21 with a 8:15 CP.

Thanks for the info... ended up getting 4:10 at Le Cellier for 6:45 show... on 12/2!

That way I know for sure I will be out of the park!

I was on hold for about 40 minutes.

We got the reservation we wanted. December 7th and LeCellier, 4:15.

Well - called at exactly 7:00 am and was on hold for 15 minutes. I wanted LeCellier and had to settle for Alfredos - but I'm okay with that. I'm going to try to call back later on and see if all of those people booking regular reservations are now cancelling and rescheduling the CP. I can't believe how long some of you have been on hold!!!! Good luck!

As I posted before, I got through at 10 after. The cm disconnected me after she said she had to put me on hold for a second.

Now it is 52 minutes after. I'm still on hold. If I ever get through and can't get what I wanted, should I ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them what happened?
