We ate at Le Cellier last year. We got to pick off the regular menu, each person got an appetizer, entree & dessert. I can't remember if soft drinks were included, we all ordered alcoholic drinks (which weren't included).

We ate at Alfredo's last year and chose from the menu. Soft drinks were included. Alcoholic beverages were not. We're sad that this year's trip is too early for CP.

Any news yet on whether the 5 PM Candelight Package is tied with a luncheon before the performance or can you eat after the performance the way it used to be before last year?

From what I understand, all dining has to be done before the show. So if you have the 5:00 show, you have to eat lunch instead of dinner; hence the lunch AND dinner prices this (and last) year.

The announcement specifically excludes lobster entrees. Other than that, I'm willing to bet you can get anything you could get on the dining plan. None of the restaurants involved are "signature" restaurants, so you're not going to "break the bank" at any of them.

If you are referring to the CP show, there is no charge. If you don't book the package, you must wait in line to get in after they allow those on the package to enter. Consequently, you will generally get seats toward the back. The real advantage of the package is that you are guaranteed a seat and will be closer to the stage.
