Appetizer or salad, entree and dessert are included as well as tax/gratuity.

Dessert

All the above along with tax and gratuity are included in the amount billed to your credit card when you book the PS for the package. The price they quote you has 6.5% tax added to it. It's a great deal.

I just wish they had not taken away the 15% merchandise discount. Mickey
