I went to the CP with dinner at Alfredos in 2004, I can't remember when I booked it or pricing. Do they still do this and does anyone have more info on dates/prices/menus?

Thanks

We did it last year, and I booked right at the 90-day mark. However, since then "Priority Seating" has changed to "Advanced Dining" and the advance reservations period has increased to 180 days.

We went on the very first day of the processional, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving. However, Thanksgiving was late last year, and is very early this year (November 23), so it may not start as soon this year as last year. As of today, there's nothing on the WDW website about it.

The price, as I recall, was about $40 (a bit less) for one tier or restaurants (that include Chefs de France and Alfred), like $30 for tier two (Rose & Crown?) and $20 or so for tier three (San Angel Inn).

So, nothing definitive, but hope this helps at least a little.

Yes, I went in 2005 and we chose the Biergarten. The prices were $40, $30, and $20 (as I remember and as the previous poster said). We just called and made the ADR's because we were on the Dining Plan. Maybe they did take a credit card number for just in case you don't show up.... but I don't remember. I do know they took the credit card number for just in case we didn't show up to Cindy's for dinner.

There's a big long thread about this in the Theme Parks section. Basically, people have been calling daily for a week or two trying to find out when the packages go on sale. Seems like even though 180 days has already hit for the earliest CPs, the packages are not available and CMs are consistantly saying they probably won't be until mid August. I guess Disney is waiting until the speakers are confirmed.

Thanks for the info, I will look for that thread. I have a trip planned for December and definately want to do the CP again. We had Eartha kitt (Cat woman) and she was great.
