Candlelight Processional Dining Packages

Does anyone know when, or typically when these packages are available? Any information you might have is appreciated!

We did early December Candlelight Processional package last year. I think the packages came out after our 60-day ADR mark. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure getting the package was after we’d gotten our ADRs.
