In years past the Candlelight Processional dinner pkg was released for bookings in June.Last year was June 23rd. But in years past, dining adrs were still 180 days out. This year ,so far , Disney CMS have told me on 6 different occasions that CP dining pkgs will be available to book at the 90 day adr window .Like all adrs .As for the narrators they should be released soon.Here is link for last years info. http://allears.net/tp/h_cpfaq.htm
