candle light procession dinner reservations

Does anyone know when I will be able to make my reservations for the candlelight dinner. I will be there 12/24 or 12/25 I figure it's a bit busy those days so I don't want to miss out. I call dining and they really don't know when it will open for reservationS. Any help out there?

The last I was told by a CM was that they are expecting the reservations to open the 3rd week to the end of July. So I would start calling next week.
