Can anyone tell me about this? where do you get to dine? how does this work with the dining plan? And when does info usually come out about this? Seems it is not out yet, atleast from what I have seen. Thanks for the help!

Info is usually out long before now. However, now with only a 90 day ADR window vs. a 180 day as they had before, Disney doesn't seem to be in as much of a rush this year.
