Cancelling SW ticket?

I'm thinking I just need to call SW, but I figure there is probably someone that has been through this before.....I have two tickets booked for a trip next week and now I need to cancel one of them. I tried the website, but the only option there is to cancel the whole trip and rebook, I just need to cancel one ticket. Ugh! Any thoughts?

I believe you'll have to call and have the reservation split in order to fully cancel one of the tickets IF they're both on the same confirmation number.
