Cancelling Reservations

Is anyone else having trouble trying to cancel reservations online??? It's telling me that they can't retrieve my reservations at this time and that I have to call the wdw line...I tried a few days ago and it wouldn't let me cancel them online either...the system really sucks! i have the confirmation numbers and all the info

I cancelled Kona about 30 minutes ago and booked Boma. I've had no problems. I love the new online system--I've done all my adr's this way for this trip.

I went on early this morning to cancel a few I won't be needing. The system told me in big red letters "CANCELLED," but when I went out of curiosity to see if the time slots I'd just released were now available for people to book, nothing came up. So I really do hope that they are actually cancelled, I would hate to be holding on to ADRs that I'm not going to use!

i did a lot of my reservations online also but I can't cancel 2 of them for some reason...
