What is the last day you can cancel for a full refund? Partial?(is there any)

If it's a room-only reservation, you can cancel up to 5 days prior for a full refund.

For a package, you can cancel up to 45 days prior to get your $200 deposit back. Once you pay your balance at the 45 day mark, you can cancel 44 - 2 days prior to get all but your $200 deposit back. If you cancel the day before check-in, you forfeit everything.

In order to avoid forfeiture of your $200 deposit should you cancel within 44 - 2 days before check-in or forfeiture of everything if you cancel the day before, you can always change your reservation to another date for a smaller fee.
