Cancelling a trip

Good news: We're pregnant and due in Dec.
The bad news: We will not be able to do our Nov. Disney trip with my extended family. They are still going

We booked our trip in Feb. with my sisters and parents
My dad had a 40% discount that we used to get the Beach Club
so we used his code to get our rooms. We did it all, tix, rooms and meal plans

Noow that we have to cancel, do we have to re-book within a certain time?
Will be be able to use the original discount?

I think we only put a few hundred dollars down to Disney

How about airlines? We paid for the four of us in full (Continental) How does it work with them?

You should not have any issues cancelling your WDTC package since your trip was not until November.
Just call right away and cancel. The sooner the better.
Assuming you bought the airline tickets through the airline. You will just have to call them. If you booked those through Disney also you will have to ask when you cancel your package what penalties are involved. If you have any at this time -- it will be with the airlines.

no....... chances are the pin has expired but he may get another one next year. I have got the 40% pin for years..good luck and are you sure you have to cancel? maybe you could go and hang out at the resort and aroung the boardwalk? I know I went on a small wdw trip right before I had my dd2 and I am glad I took that private time with my dh because when she came along...not alot of alone time lol
