Cancelling a reservation that a CM made.

My daughter is currently on the college program and she made us room only reservations New Year's Eve.. Unfortunately I have broken my foot and the thought of being there with the crowds kind of frighten me. She was under the impression that it is not refundable. Is this true???

You can cancel. If this was booked as a room-only (12-digit confirmation number) then you can cancel up to 5 days prior without penalty. If it is a package, with dining, then you may be out the deposit if you are within 45 days of arrival.
