Personally, I don't think he deserves a happy place like WDW, and I wouldn't let him take it away from you. Time will take away the sting. And then you can take back your time at Disney. Do the things you want to do, when you want to do them. Make your own new memories.

Thank you for your kind words. "make your own new memories" - I have read/heard that from several people, saying that it will help in the days to come. I'm finding small ways to take back my power, and writing them down when I do - to remind me on the days I need it.

I am definitely grieving. I have never felt this before - it's like someone died. I will go back, but I just have to figure what that will look like so it won't be too painful.

Oh, do I need the strength. (and the hugs - luckily my kids have lots of them) "Strong" - that's what people keep telling me that I am. I just don't feel that way right now. I feel sad.
I like what you said about "living well". But part of me wants him to know how sad I am, even if he doesn't love me.

Twenty Five years (almost?), 15 years? What's with some of these stupid people? Things will get better, but the process will take time.

I'm so sorry. I've been in that position. It is not easy, and it's not fun. I had to look at it like I was building an entirely new life from scratch. What parts of the old do I want to keep? What do I want to throw away? What new things do I want to add?

Going places I'd gone with my exhusband was hard, but it ended up being really good. I'm glad I didn't let him steal my entire past from me.

I wish you the ability to sleep well, to cry when you need to, and to be able to stop crying and get stuff done when you need to. I hope you have a great lawyer, friends who support you (and dump him), and family who are there for you. Most of all, I hope you find joy again. You deserve fun and happiness.
