Cancelled MNSSHP

We were supposed to check in to POFQ today. We decided with so much uncertainty with the hurricane and safety to go ahead and postpone our trip until Thanksgiving. We have tickets to MNSSHP for Tues 10/11. Does anyone know if we will be able to exchange these for MVMCP? Since, this is not urgent I had to clog up the reservation line with a telephone call. but I did send an email and have not heard back.

Somebody over in the Hurricane Matthew thread posted a Disney announcement about those who had cancelled tickets to call starting Monday the 10th so maybe you should try then?

Yes. This^. Someone posted on another thread that a Christmas Party replacement was being offered if you wanted it.

The sticky part is that this is not one of the cancelled parties, and things will be up and running as normal by the 11th. I HOPE they would be willing ot refund/exchange, but no one has said for sure yet, except for the parties that they actually cancelled.

This was my main concern. I am hoping that since they let me change my reservation without penalty they will let me reschedule the tickets. If not, am I am to transfer the tickets to someone else? I have friends who will be going down there at that time.

What exactly do you mean by "Thanksgiving"? There are no MVMCP the week of Thanksgiving. There's one on the 18th and then there's not another one until the 27th, so exchanging them may not be an option for you anyway.

Well, good news! Disney allowed me to changed my MNSSHP tix to MVMCP. The CM was very helpful and told me the MVMCP was slightly more expensive but they would not charge me the extra amount. Happy Day!
