Cancelled ADRs

Has anyone ever tried to cancel an ADR but it wouldn't leave your reservations account? I have an ADR that REFUSES to cancel. It says that my ADR time is too close to cancel but it is 3 months away. I called and the CM said it was cancelled...why is it still in my reservations??

Yes, in fact not only would it not leave my account, but I coordinated with another DISer so he could claim it, so I know it was in his account. After I logged out and logged back in a few times, it finally disappeared.

I've tried signing in and out several times and it wont go away. As long as I am not charged for a no show I am ok I guess...I am just very OCD and it is getting on my nerves!

I had the same thing happen a few days ago. I was looking to book for January and I accidentally booked for the next day. I cancelled, but it still showed up and had this note. Since it was the next day, I called and the CM verified that it was not on my account any longer. It was still on my reservations page when I went to sleep, however it wasn't there the next day.

For some reason mine is still there. Maybe it is a sign I should re-book the ADR!
