cancellation policy

My parents plan to join us on the 10/16 Magic cruise. They were hoping for FL resident rates but these have not been released yet. They have booked with DU and the final payment is due tomorrow. If they complete their payment with DU and then FL resident rates become available thru Disney or another TA, what are their options? Will Du price match, refund their money allowing a new booking or no such luck? Sorry if this sounds cheap or deceitful but money is tight. Thanks

To the best of my knowledge you can change to whatever rate is available at the time for the cruise you are booked on without any penalty. If you book at a regular rate and FL resident rates become available you can switch over to that rate for your current booking. Should not matter if you're fully paid, within the 60 days of the cruise, or not. At least that is what I understand. But, I'd ask DU directly to get complete confirmation. They are very, very helpful and very friendly.
