Are you asking about what refunds you get? That's in the "Booking Terms & Agreements" section on the DCL site:

Just scroll down to the "Cruise Cancellation Fees" section.

Basically, for most cruises, if you cancel prior to the Paid in Full date (generally 75 days out, but can vary) you get all monies paid back, unless you booked a Concierge room. Concierge rooms deposits are non-refundable.

Then there's a sliding scale, based on how far out you are from your cruise within that penalty period (beginning on the Paid in Full date), of what you lose.
