Can anyone tell me the cancellation policy for reservations at ASMu.

It depends on who you made your reservation with.

If you have a room only or a package reservation through CRO, you can cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival with no charge and no penalty. Within 5 days you are charged one night's rate plus tax.

If you booked anything using the DC discount, you are through WDTC. Cancelling up to 6 days prior is no charge, within 5 days is a $100 charge.

If you have a regular WDTC reservation, cancelling between 6 and 45 days prior will incur a $100 penalty, within 5 days will incur a $200 penalty.

If you used a travel agent to book your reservation, you are bound by whatever their agency uses for cancellations dates and fees.

If you have a package and it includes air, your cancellation fees will vary.
