Cancellation Policy question for ASMo?

I am trying to determine what I need to purchase for travel insurance. I have reservations for room only at ASMo, and I paid $106.22 for a deposit. The policy says that in order to receive a refund, I must cancel at least 5 days before arrival date. I understand that part, but what if I cancel within 5 days of arrival? Am I out only the deposit ($106.22) amount? What I mean is, if I have to cancel at the last minute, they won't charge me more than the deposit amount, will they? I just want to verify, that for that portion of my trip, I only need to insure my deposit amount.

If you buy trip insurance it is non refundable after you make the deposit. This is with WDW.

Thanks, I did confirm this w/Disney for anyone else that wants to know. I needed to know for figuring how much trip insurance I needed for the hotel (just the deposit amount or the whole charge for all nights). It makes a pretty big difference in the amount I have to pay for insurance.
