Cancellation policy for room only reservation?

I know the cancellation policy for packages, but what is the cancellation policy for room only reservations?
 
Five days before arrival or you're penalized one night's stay.
 
When I made a bounceback reservation in December 2007, this was the stated cancellation policy for a room only reservation:

"In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 6 days prior to your arrival date. To cancel or modify an existing reservation, call (407) 939-7429†. The cancellation and refund policy is subject to change."
