I know if you cancel it, it converts to points for use. Once they're converted to points, they're utilized as any other normal usage. We've done this in the past and it's been perfectly fine. But what about a cancellation prior to being converted to points under 30 days?
I would imagine it would be subject to the same terms - cancel a guaranteed week in less than 30 days and it goes into holding. But because of the conversion that's needed and because it's a different pool of rooms, I'm not 100% positive that's the way it operates. Has anyone cancelled it in under 30 days?
