cancellation fee for holidays

I know when you call to make a ps on a holiday your CC is needed and there is a 48 hour notice...but when I made my first round of ps the CM told me it is a $10 fee if you miss...today I called to make some changes and the CM said, yes, $10...PER PERSON in your party! SO, if anyone else was misinformed as I was....DON'T miss your ps! And know where you want to eat.
