Today I made a call just to cancel one ADR. He asked for my name, as the person canceling the reservation. This has never happened to me before, but when I have canceled before, I had just finished making new ones. Maybe they used the name from the new ADRs and recorded that name as the one canceling. My last name isn't even the same as the name I put the reservation in, but that didn't stop me from canceling. I was wondering if this is new, or it just happened to be the first time it has happened to me?
