I am fairly new to this two, but I did read this somewhere previously in this thread - I think you just need the CONF#, the phone number with area code, the # people in the ressie. Then you call the 407-WDW-DINE number and you can change it. Anyone else can confirm this? I was wondering myself...

I just called 4 or 5 times and no one would do it for me. The last cast member I spoke with said that as soon as person #1 cancells their res, it goes right back into the computer as available. She suggested we call in a three way and ask that person#2 be able to book right away and let the cast member know what we want to do.

Going to try it...I'll post when we've attempted.
