Canadians renting cars through Costco.com

Got a great deal on a one week car rental book through Costco.com for our upcoming November trip. I know I have read on here in the past that these prices were honoured for Canadians even though the small print says must be a US Resident. Do any of you Canadian Disers have recent experiences with car rental through Costco.com and can you confirm that you were able to rent at the quoted price?

I've rented thru Costco.com several times without a problem. As recently as May at LAX.
