Thankyou so much. I thought i had heard an expiry of September 30 but didn't really pay attention because we didn't have plans to go and usually buy aps (dvc member) if we go. Haven't bought regular tickets since before Covid

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Make sure the Canadian discount is the right discount for you. I am looking at April 18 to April 26.

All things being equal: Pop Century, 8 day ticket
Canadian ticket and room discount: 2598.31
Package Discount: 2485.04

Also one discount can be available for a particular resort or room type but not the other. So make sure y'all price compare.

This will likely only apply potentially for solo and couple trips. Once you start stacking the ticket discount you are gonna be saving a lot more with the Canadian discount.

That’s why I switched from Pop since the room discount wasn’t available for my date April 15-23. Upgraded my resort and going to buy my Canadian discount tickets separately. Moderate for the same price as regular priced Pop room I had. I wish they would come out with a bundled discount so you don’t have to do it separately but very happy to save where I can especially with how bad our dollar is.

Also if you are going for a longer stay you may wish to compare pricing with attraction tickets uk. We bought the 14 day pass for March and it worked out to be about 200 less than Disney's 10 day cdn discount. The usd to cad exchange rate is eye popping lol.

I wish they would come out with a bundled discount so you don’t have to do it separately but very happy to save where I can especially with how bad our dollar is.

One of the most frustrating things about Disney is their IT is not intelligent at all. You should be able to book a set group of days together and have available discounts applied per day instead of needing the discount to apply for the entire length of stay.

You can bundle the Canadian ticket discount with a room/room discount. When you select tickets it would should show CAN Ticket inside a package.

Going to be buying the discounted park tickets in the next couple of days for our trip in January. We have 2 resort reservations and i wanted to buy the park tickets for all if us. Can I link the tickets to 2 different resort reservations, or, do I have to buy tickets separately? If I can buy them all at once it would save getting charged twice for the 2.5% fee on my credit card.

Tickets purchased separately are not linked to your hotel reservation. When you buy the tickets you'll just assign them to the people added in your profile.

We had the Canadian residents tickets last year and did not have to show any ID anywhere nor do I see this fine print in my receipt email. Is this new? Does anyone have experience showing proof of Canadian residency? Could this mess up an Early Entry strategy?

It used to be this way. The first day of my trip I went to the guest relation window outside of Mk before early entry. In my experience, It never took more than 5-10 minutes. There is one outside each park and at disney spring. Just get there extra early and you should be fine.
