True. But the hour and a half of prep time I factored in was mainly waiting on a bus time I didn't even factor in the waking up getting ready and getting to the bus stop. There is also the stress of crowded buses to deal with.

What's this "waiting on a bus time"?

Wait... hold the phone... all thats needed to get bonus points is to ask for them? How do I get in on that arrangement?

It's pretty complicated.
I'm going to break it down.

Though have you heard? Apparently, you've given Disney ideas. Starting sometime soon there is going to be an ACTUAL Express Bus upgrade option on your park hopper tickets. It will take guests from inside one park to inside another. $15 for one day $20 for multi day

Did I mention in my last coment that I seen the treasury belonging to you in the dwarfs mine. I think I may have forgotten to mention it because it was only when I went back through for the third time that I spied it. So it looks like I am admitting that I missed it on the first and second pass but became more oservant in the third phase.But as the points have not been a located yet I should still be able to claim for the tresuary as well as the magic boat ride in the jungle.

Lucky for you I'm getting here a week late so I'm sure mistakes have already been pointed out and corrected.

Actually... oddly enough, no one has.

I was more than a little surprised

Not bad at all! I wouldn't mind waiting in that kind of line there to see the queue a little bit more. Problem is it is usually either a RD walk on or a 60+ minute wait.

The only time the wait is that short
is that time of morning.
But I sure wouldn't stand in that queue
for more than a few minutes.

Nothing earth shattering. The holidays are always busy. Toss in training for this 1/2 marathon and the training runs are getting quite long (the fact that I am not fast doesn't help!) so that is taking up some time extra time. And we are having some Daycare issues (she is injured) that is just throwing a wrench into the works. I can't really complain- but a crazy few weeks ahead!

It's at that point that I start goofing around with my travel companions. I got in trouble once because I was stealing the skipper's lines before she said them. Probably should work on my whispering skills.

It is probably the exact same on, but we like to get one of those and one of the Nutella Waffle sandwiches and share. Plus there is a lovely seating area with a Castle view!

If you want another tip -- you MUST try the nutella waffle sandwich at Sleepy Hollow. My wife is not nearly the Disney enthusiast that I am, and on our past F&W adults only trip, she got this thing two times. We're about to head back in February 2017 with kids and grand parents and the one thing she told me was that I had to work in a trip to Sleepy Hollow at least once -- preferably twice.

My friend that is a reservation specialist said she got a call from a mom who was mad that their nanny took her son on it. Apparently she thought he was either too short or too young for it.

Wow a six hour wait hope kay is better now nothing too serious I hope..

So glad she is ok. It kind of sounds like a cyst. I'm no Dr, but I have had a few of those- worst pain ever, and then, once it's gone, pure relief.

Sometimes I wish we just lived in the Star Trek age and they could run a tricorder over you and *boom* your ailment is diagnosed. But unfortunately in the 21st century we don't have those kinds of doohickeys.

Hmm. Glad everything is ok, but I would still be a little concerned if the pain got that bad and then all of a sudden goes away a few days later. Lady H experienced similar pains and turned out to be her gallbladder. She would feel good for a while and then she said it would come back when she would eat something spicy (easy to do around here) or greasy. Eventually Lady H had to have hers removed.

So if it wasn't Kay's appendix, then it could possibly be her gallbladder. Hopefully it was just some type of bug and it's passed. Happy thought's and well wishes for Kay.

So glad Kay is doing better.

That kinda pain level is no fun and scary for everyone in the house.

(look up mittelschmerz for fun. The doc's best guess.)

Sigh.... From what you have described of her symptoms, how they have acted, and the blunt non-helpful way of the doctors I think I am about 85% Confident with what's going on here. It sounds very much like an Ovarian Cyst. Unless you are trying to conceive most doctors decide to just not tell you what is actually happening. Mainly because there are quite a few mystries around Ovarian cysts and doctors don't have a great way to prevent them so it's like they decide to just not talk about them at all. Which is one of the most stupid things ever really because knowing what the pain is and that it will be going away in the next 24-48 hours goes a LONG way for being able to manage the pain.

Oh, that makes perfect sense.

As for things to try to help:
Heat and Pressure have always been my go tos for dealing with Cysts of any kind. Soaking in a tub or standing in a shower with the shower head pressed against the pained area with water as hot as you can stand it works well too. Basically, anything that helps you breathe through it and try to relax. Relaxing really is a big key. The quicker you can relax your whole body the quicker it will pass. (Note that is very much an easier said than done kind of thing.) There are one maybe two other pointers I could give about dealing with cysts but they decidedly get into "girl territory" and would be weird posted out in an open forum like this. If she's curious I'd be happy to answer questions over a pm.

Glad it wasn't anything life threating and a big for dealing with it because when you go through one of those and you don't know what it is and the doctors start talking appendicitis things get scary.

You know, I've looked at this picture at least 20 times already. I can't help but feel sorry for you. I mean true love right there within an arm's length away. I can't for the life of me imagine or wonder why she didn't want to run/swim/be carried away with you then it dawned on me. She's waiting for ME to go back for her and take her away forever. I can't believe after 5 long years since I last saw her she would still be waiting for me after all this time. I'll have to call her and tell her although I can't make it to WDW anytime soon, I will be at DLR next year. Meet me there sweet Ariel and we can run away together then.

Lady H and I both did this (Thanks Captain Oblivious for the reminder), but we are having some difficulty still understanding the size. I know you stated if you have unnaturally small kid's hands then it's bigger. What if you hands are bigger than that of a child, but not quite as big as an average sized adult. Now what do we do? Plus you directions also stated to hold your hand up in front of you. How far in front of you? Full arm's length? 6-7" in front of your nose? I ask because if I hold my hands right in front of me, then that's one huge cookie and I can for that. But if it's an arm's length, then it don't look as big and I'll have to ponder the decision to get one.

1. Average out your hands between you and Lady H. That much.
2. How far in front? Two arms lengths.

But your question is moot.
if you hold the cookie right up to your nose
it will appear larger than if you hold it up at a distance.
So.... pick a distance. Doesn't matter. It's that size.

Just got back from stuffing ourselves at Texas de Brazil. Good steak. Got a free dessert (creme bruleee) and $25 off for my birthday.

The house steak was the best as was the bacon wrapped sirloin.

But while you'd be saving on walking,
not sure how often the busses will come.
