Canada!

Due to illness we sadly had to cancel our January trip to Disney! Luckily our travel insurance paid out so now we are looking to book something else. My DD and DH love F1 and would like to go to Montreal to see the Canadian Grand Prix. Has anyone got any hotel recommendations for both Montreal and Toronto. Thank you in advance.

In Toronto we stayed in the Renaissance in the Rogers Centre/Skydome.

Was a great location and fun to stay in a hotel that's a bit unusual!

We stayed at The Fairmount in toronto - you could access all shops and restaurants underground and it seemed to be in walking distance of most things. we enjoyed Toronto island.

I loved Toronto...

We stayed in the Sheraton Centre on the 43rd floor..loved it after we had got used to being up high with floor to ceiling windows!! It was very central with underground walkways to the Eton Centre (shopping), The CN tower and a short walk to the train station where we caught the train to Niagra Falls..

I really liked the fact that we had a washer/drier and basic kitchen facilities - was a really good sized room too

I think we got a good deal as it was just opening ... like the others it was linked by the underground tunnels - good location midway between the Eton Centre and the lake. We loved Toronto

Hate to be a nitpicker, but it is the EATON Centre, named after Timothy Eaton, founder of the now defunct department store company that originally built the mall.
