Can you use your refillable mug 24/7?

Since no money is exchanged I was hoping we have access to the food court beverage station all the time.

Is this right? Or can you only get refills during food court hours?

I've heard only a few resorts allow this, does anyone know which ones have 24/7?

I know All Star Sports keeps their drink machine up 24/7..I don’t know of any others though.
