Can you use our reservations? 6 nts- 4/27-5/3

Here is our situation: We have a pre-paid reservation at the Summerfield Suites in LBV for 6 nights- check in April 27- check out May 3. It is for a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. This was a special internet offer and is non-refundable. We have just had a family emergency and will be unable to go on our Disney trip for these dates. I have talked to reservations at the hotel and they will change the name on the reservation if we have someone else who wants to use it. We paid $614.10 total for 6 nights which includes the tax. and we are willing to let someone have this week for $450.00 total- that would be approx. $75/nt for a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite in LBV. We are very disappointed that we can't go, but if we can get at least part of our money back and give someone else a good deal on their vacation, that will be wonderful.
