Can you use a DP credit for Candlelight Processional?

I thought this was doable, but I'm double checking here. Can you use the DP for this event?

If so, Are there 2 credits per adult for the better restaurants on the last tier? or is is it 2 credits no matter what tier? or could it be just 1 credit?

Yes you can using the Dining Plan for the Candlelight Processional, it is one TS credit no matter which tier you choose.
