Can you use 2 forms of payment for annual pass

If I want to order the premium annual pass at the special $484 price can I pay with a rewards visa and a regular visa. I need to order through member services or on line because I will not be down in time. I can never remember if you can use two forms of payment.

You can use up to three if you call MS. Online will only accept one. Park ticket windows and guest relations location at WDW can accept an unlimited number.
