Can you upgrade your free dining?

This Jan. we had free QS dining and upgraded to Reg. dining by paying an extra $10 per person per night. Does anyone know if they are offering the upgrade with this new free dining program?

I have upgraded every year to the regular dining plan. I can't remember what the difference is off hand....I know there are a few threads floating around with the cost break down...
