Can you upgrade Military Discount tickets????

We are travelling with my brother and his family in Oct. I know they havent released the discount yet for Oct... but in past experiences...can you upgrade the military discount tix? My brother is a Major in the Army and so he will be buying the military tickets for himself and his family. We will all be there for 7 days. So i am wondering if he can upgrade the 4 day ticket to a 7 day ticket and if so what the cost would be. Thank you

Unfortunately the military tickets cannot be upgraded. There is a maximum (6 tickets, with a few exceptions.) And you probably know this, but there is no guarantee there will even be a discount for Oct 2013. It will be great if there is, but who knows. Something else to consider is timing. Disney (in recent years) hasn't gotten word out about the discount with a lot of notice.

DH is retired military. We hope for the offer, but have a plan B in case it doesn't happen.
