Can you transfer a reservation

I have a reservation for Nov 26 to Dec 3. Can I transfer that to some else's name by renting the points? Thanks.

I was able to change the name on a reservation and it kept the same reservation number. I think that's what you are going to do.

Yes - as the owner of the points, you may change the name on the reservation to anyone you choose.

An existing reservation can have the name changed - thus allowing someone else to use the reservation.

However, an existing reservation cannot be directly transferred to another member where they would control the points in their account. The existing reservation would have to be cancelled, the points transferred to the other member and the reservation rebooked by that member.

As long as you own the points you should have no problem. The main situation when this would be an issue would be if you were renting from someone else.
