Can you take candy on board and also when disembarking?

We are doing the Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom the night before boarding for our cruise. Will we be allowed to bring candy on board? Also, will we be allowed to disembark after cruise with candy?

As long as it is sealed in its package. No open food packages. I would presume it covers individual candy.

Yes. We were just on the ship for Halloween on the High Seas. Lots of candy available during the two trick or treat sessions on board. I have to think not all of it was eaten while on board
