Can you still meet Elsa?

We saw Anna there one day, and we met Elsa there the next. They come out of the gate/wooden door that is right next to Carthay and circle around to the side on Buena Vista Street. We lucked into being 2nd in line!

Yesterday we got to see Anna and Elsa walk by a couple of times to their spot, as my friend and were having a break at the Carthay Alfresco patio. Anna came strolling out and at the same time a little girl dressed like Anna was walking the opposite direction. The little girl stopped in her tracks and looked star struck. Anna turned around, took the little girl's hand and they walked over to Anna's location together. Disney MAGIC!
