Can you split checks at TS restaurants?

We are meeting up with friends for a couple TS restaurants. Has anyone been allowed to split the check at TS? I ask because we typically charge everything back to the room and never carry much cash in the parks. If we can't split the check and have our portion charged to the room, we'll need to make sure that we have the cash on us. Neither of us are using DDP this time around so that's not an issue. The meals are completely OOP.

It is very easy for the server to split a check. Just let them know ahead of time that it will separate and they will take care of everything.

Yes. They will split checks. Just be sure, at the start of the meal, to let the server know who is on which check; this makes it much less complicated than to let the server know at the end. Also, if there are six or more Guests in total, the automatic 18% gratuity will be on each check, properly apportioned.

I do have a question about that gratuity though. There are 6 of us so I get the automatic gratuity part. However, if you want to ADD more I'm assuming you can right? We always tip 20%...even if the service is less-than-stellar. These people work long hours on their feet and have bills to pay like the rest of us.
