Can you see IllumiNations from Tutto?

Does anybody know if you can see Epcot IllumiNations from the Tutto Italian Restaurant. My husband really wants to eat here, and I was able to secure a 9:15 reservation, but I just realized Illuminations starts at 9:00. Would we completely miss the show if we were waiting for our table at the same time?
I think the show is going to have to trump our restaurant of choice if that's the case .

No, you won't be able to see Illuminations from Tutto. The restaurant is at the back of the Italy pavillion, with windows face the interior courtyard, not World Showcase lagoon.

Not to make your decision any more difficult, but the food at Tutto is among the best we've ever had at WDW. Perhaps you can keep trying for an earlier reservation so you can do both!

I forgot how long IllumiNations is, but I would situate myself near Tutto where I could see IllumiNations and check in as soon as it is over.

I checked in late once for an ADR by 30 minutes an got seated. We were at MK and didn't think getting to Ohana would take as long as it did when MK closed.

You would miss the show. Are there EMHs at Epcot the night you are going? You may be able to make ADRs a bit later so you won't miss a thing.

I've been keeping my eye open for earlier (or possibly later) reservations all month, but nothing yet. Hopefully something will become available in the next couple of weeks, otherwise I guess i have a hard decision to make.
