Was wondering if they will let you....played Super Slam melee tonight and it didn't seem like something Mandy would play..
But then I don't think DW would let me get Simpson's Road Rage..

I believe, in Most cases, the answer is No, unless the game is defective of course. There are ways to re-sell the game though. ;)

The policy at the stores around here is that you can only exchange opened games if defective, and only for another of the exact same title. No returns/exchanges for other games allowed if open. :(

You should check with the individual store, though.

Electronics Boutique used to have a "return-for-any-reason" policy that would let you exchange a game you didn't like as long as you had the receipt, original box, and instructions. I don't know if they still do that, though.

If you can't return it, you can always sell it on ebay or half.com.

Then use the money there, to buy another one. Or you can try to see what the stores policy is.

There is a way around it. No I have not done this but I know someone who has. You can tell them it's defective, they will give you another one. If you don't open it you can later return it as long as you have your receipt and exchange it for another one.
