Can you reserve/prepay preferred parking at Port Canaveral?

You can but in my opinion there is no need.
There is plenty of parking. It is in a covered garage. It's very close to the terminal.
The reserved parking is not covered.

I never see any reason to pay in advance for standard parking. You now pay when you enter the garage, not when you leave, so there is no real time savings.

As for preferred parking, while your lot is technically closer to the terminal, it is also uncovered. So when you get off your magical cruise and it is raining. Enjoy your up charge parking space. Also, why pay more to have your car bake in the sun and collect more sea spray than otherwise?

We parked in garage right across from the upper level walkway into terminal. It was easy peazy.

We have found it more convenient to pre-pay. Just print it and use the cash booth. It makes it easier for them as well.

We just pay when we get there and always park on the 3rd floor of the walk deck then just walk over to the terminal. Oh we do drive by the porters and drop all checked luggage off before going to the parking deck

So after we loop around and drop off our luggage where is the entrance to get into the garage? I don't see it in the photo is it further up?

you take a left at the end (right side of photo), pay the dude, and take another left to enter garage.

I don't know where you are coming from but just remember that you can get a big discount on parking if you stay at one of the partner hotels in the area.

We stayed at the Cocoa Beach Best Western and received the coupon. He got to the port at about 10 AM and were able to park on the third floor right next to the bridge. There were plenty of spaces and it only cost us $72 instead of $120 for our Fantasy trip.
