I didnt want to send this question straight to the team before asking you guys (dont want to waste their time)

Can you ask Kevin (or another team member) to go along to a Disney Resort resturant and review it or is it all up to them:confused3

i don't really know, but i would guess that they welcome suggestions.
That doesn't mean they'll actually review it, but i'm sure they appreciate suggestions.

I'm pretty sur you can make a suggestion. There is no gurantee that they will do it, but Im sure it wouldnt hurt to make the suggestion.

sorry I just read my initial post and i meant can i "suggest" rather than request:goodvibes

Maybe i'll go over and send a suggestion then

Thank you

what place do you want to suggest? and has kevin ever done the rainforest cafe? For some reason I think that review would end up hilarious!

well, I was going to suggest the Il Mulino in the swan resort. I cannot find any reviews anywhere. I want to book this place for my Wedding Dinner after my Disney wedding, but dont want to take the chance if it's rubbish!

I think Rainforest Cafe is too kiddie-like for Kevin ... but YES it would be hilarious! :rotfl2:

Kevin did review Il Mulino on 6/12/07. Check it out. :thumbsup2

We had a similar experience as they did, and we dined when it was fairly new. However we are going back again in a few months to give it a second chance. I have heard some very positive reviews lately, so I'm hoping things may have improved.

You may also want to check out the Restaurant Review board to see what others have to say.

OH MY GOD - How on EARTH did i miss it (I take it you mean on the podcast???) (must have been in my own little world!)

I will go on there tonight and have a listen

Thank you for telling me otherwise i'd have not known!

The Il Mulino review is one of my favorites. Check it out.

Kevin and Pete have commented that they would probably not eat at the Rain Forest Cafe again as they like to focus on the food experience rather than having an Ape roar at you during dinner. ;)

When they discuss the new T-Rex restaurant they talk along the same terms. For dining I would have to agree that the management probably focuses more on the entertainment than the food quality.

But I am sure Kevin will be along here at some point to give you his opinion. I am just repeating what I heard on the podcast.

I can do that review for you, lightning crashes, the robots move, little kids start screaming, the food is low quality for the price.

I was gonna suggest Shulas for the same readon, we've got it booked for after our wedding on October 28th and wanted kevins expert view on it :)

:goodvibes

Oh, I could review the place myself as well... been there far too many times than necessary. I really prefer not to go there but my mother loves her "mojo bones" from there.. so sometimes we go.

I just thought it would be hilarious to hear Kevin's take on it.

My biggest problem with the Rainforest Cafe is none of the animals shown are on the menu. They tease you with Amur Tigers and Sumatran Orangutan but if you try to order them they're all...'ummm, you can't eat that, they're like endangered'.

Stupid rules.

The cuter they are, the better they taste, right??:rotfl:

If they're not going to let you pick your meal from the "lobster tank", why is it there!;)
