To clarify Rubbertops statement, you can add dining. For stays on points, there is no requirement to purchase park admission to get the dining plan, but you will still need tickets to enter the park.

The member you rent from will need to add the Dining Plan to your reservation, you pay for the plan at check-in. DVC is not eligible for the free dining promotion, if it is offered.
