Can you rent a car at MCO and return at WDW?

Thought I'd share my experience. We land at 9pm JetBlue next month. My kids will be exhausted and last month it took awhile for us to take the shuttle to the rentals cars. I decided to look into a Lyft to the resort, and then pick up the rental car the next morning at the CCC and return at MCO when we fly home. It gave me a price of $232 versus the $500 I was going to pay to do MCO pick up/drop off. Even if the Lyft on arrival night costs $45 were still saving. Worth a shot to always play around with your options!
I thought most rental cars were on property at MCO. What shuttle?

JetBlue now flies into Terminal C, as of right now only Sixt has rental cars onsite at C. The other 9 companies with onsite cars are shuttling people to the rental car garage at B to get their cars.

Thanks, I read it as they had issues in the past (and I forgot about C)

Sorry if my wording was confusing! Yes on 12/20/22 we landed with JetBlue at Terminal C. Our rental car was with Alamo and they are at Terminal B, so we were waiting awhile for the shuttle to take us from C to B.
