I have the Fujifilm Finelpix XP80. It goes on sale for $149 at Costco starting June 11th. Regular Costco price is $199. I have not used it much at night, but it definitely does better than my iPhone 5c. Comes with a case and a 16g card.

Also, it is small and waterproof and shockproof. So safe to Carry in your pocket on a water ride.
