Can you re-book on USAir?

I know on Southwest, if the flight comes down you can rebook and use the difference in credits for up to a year. Does anyone know if there is a similar deal on USAir? We booked flights for a trip in August and now they are $100 cheaper. It is for DH and I so that could save us $200 if we can re-book.

You can rebook but I believe the fee on UsAir is $100- 150 per ticket. So, you wouldn't save any money if your tickets only went down $100.
